Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (via Stripe). Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
